That's got to be scary. It sounds like this came out of nowhere?
Did you start a new medication, or were you exposed to something environmental that may have caused this reaction?
Regardless, it may be best to reach out to your healthcare provider to perhaps assess this and try to get it under control.

I was diagnosed this past February. I believe I've had this condition for awhile, but didn't understand what was going on with my body. I'm currently taking rhapsido which has made it easier to manage my disease, but I still have issues and find stress being an instigator. I'm a musician and have been preparing for a large wedding and the closer to the event, I would break out. Ice helps soothe my bumps when they are really bad. It can be very stressful.,

I must apologize, I didn't realize from your post that you've already been diagnosed/treated for Chronic Hives.
I'm glad to hear you've found a few things to help keep the hives at bay.
