Yes. Mine get really bad during the last two weeks of my cycle. I’m looking into going on birth control because my allergist thought it might help. It’s not the cause but hormones and histamine are related

mine were 100% hormone related as far as i.m concerned, they first started in June 2010. Every day for eight months, I had my IUD removed I went to my dermatologist my GP my gynecologist in infectious disease doctor allergists at Cleveland clinic and a homeopathic doctor even trying acupuncture. While googling I found a connection about menopause and I was 46 years old so I said he might as well try. my primary did hormone test and found that I was in menopause and I didn’t ask to be put on HRT. After about a month and a half of HRT I had no hives. None over the years I would try to get off of it because I know how dangerous it is but the minute I would try the Heiser come back. In May 2022 I tried again and was successful or at least so I thought. I was taking an Estoven pill over the counter That seem to help I thought that I had kept it for sure but then in November 2023 they came back full force and worse than the first eight months I had them. Now I’ve been trying everything I went back on the hormone replacement and that’s not working I’m taking the Xolair shot and my allergist said it’ll take six months which is depressing since this is already been going on for 10 months. I am miserable every single day people don’t understand unless it’s gone through the same cells how horrible this is yesterday I woke up in my face was so swollen my eyes were slits. These hives don’t discriminate they will go anywhere and everywhere on your body. People are constantly trying to give me suggestions and be helpful which is great but they are like take oatmeal baths or take ice baths how do you tried witch hazel all of these suggestions and I just can’t say it enough that nothing topical helps at all. I’ll continue posting and continue reading. My heart goes out to everyone of you.
