What foods currently trigger a hives outbreak for you?

  1. Spicy food, dishes containing turmeric (which I need for inflammation), papaya, pineapple, too many tomatoes or dill pickles...it's better for me to just forget these foods exist.

      I think it's great that you've figured out which foods trigger a hives breakout for you. Many in this community are still searching for a cause or trigger.
