Knee Surgery
My doctor won't do my knee surgery until all the hies are gone. My knee keeps getting worse. Does anyone have any info about this?

That is so frustrating. I'm saddened to hear your chronic hives are preventing you from having surgery.
There has been some discussion in this community about surgery and chronic hives. The majority of the conversation stems from the effects surgery has had on those with chronic hives. Many have stated that surgery has triggered or exacerbated their symptoms.
That being said, having surgery with chronic hives no doubt requires close coordination with your surgical team including pre-op planning and medication consideration. If your surgeon does not recommend surgery until your hives are completely gone, you can always seek a second opinion.
I certainly hope find some relief soon.

I just wanted to check in and see how things are going.
I feel for you as I, too am nursing a bad knee and awaiting surgery.
I'm not certain if it is an option for you, but cortisone shots have provided much relief as I await surgery.
